Concrete Culvert Material. Concrete Pipe: All culverts shall conform to Michigan Department of Transportation 2020 Standard Specifications. Pipe segments shall include Gasket Joints, lifting holes and plugs where applicable. Price also shall include fabric for wrapping culvert joints. The exterior 2 pipe joints shall be tied together with 1" diameter A325 or G35 Galvanized A36 Steel Assembly brackets - 2 ties per joint (8 total joint ties). Costs for the joint ties, lift hole plugs and all requirements of the MDOT 2020 Standard Specification shall be incidental to the pipe. All concrete culvert materials price shall be F.O.B. to GCRC's Garage on Lake Road, approximately 0.25 mile south of Airport Road in Ironwood Township. GCRC will stake out culvert locations for delivery. Bidder shall be responsible for unloading all culverts at the project location at their own cost. The Board will accept a fax bid at (906) 663-4807, provided it is followed by receipt of the original signed bid by mail. The Board reserves the right to reject or accept any bid or all bids or to waive irregularities and to accept any bid that, in the opinion of the Board, is to the best interest and advantage of the County of Gogebic. Schedule for culvert delivery: Airport Road culverts - by July 29, 2024
