Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Siletz, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 23,053-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The Work to be done under this Contract consists of construction of a new 23,053 SF Tribal Cultural Center that is two stories with a daylight basement and new infrastructure related to the development. The new building is adjacent to an existing community center. The basement consists of concrete foundation walls and slab on grade. The upper floors are a combination of wood framed walls and heavy timber framing. An elevator is included. A new heavy timber trellis will be located between the Tribal Cultural Center and the existing Community Center. Site work includes realignment of the existing roadway, site utilities, a new driveway, hardscape, landscaping and irrigation. Contractor will be required to provide Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% the Contract Sum, with a corporate surety authorized to transact business in Project's jurisdiction.
