For the "2024 Road Improvements" project the Bidders do not need to be online prequalified. PA Prevailing Wages apply to this project. For the "2024 Road Improvements" Project the Bidders Do Nc Pa Prevailing Wages Apply to This Project. Proposals Must Be on Forms Provided by the Township. Proposals Should Be Marked "2024 Road Improvements" Bid Proposal. All Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount Often (10%) Percent of the Bid Made Payable to Penn Forest Township. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Awarded Contract Amount Within 20 Days of the Award of the Contract.
