Update: The purpose of this project is to structurally line or abandon sections of MIS that will be impacted by the removal of the Honey Creek concrete channel. The scope of this project includes design, construction, and post-construction phases to abandon approximately 3,300 feet of MIS from MH 09005 to 08908 and structurally line approximately 2,400 feet of MIS from 08908 to BS0403D in the Cities of Milwaukee and Wauwatosa. Local connections will be reconstructed, and flows directed to the 96" MIS in N. Glenview Avenue project costs are impacted by higher construction costs and a change in project schedule. Project is included Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District Fiscal Year 2024-2034 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this project includes design, construction, and post-construction phases to abandon approximately 3,300 feet of MIS from MH 09005 to 08908 and structurally line approximately 2,400 feet of MIS from 08908 to BS0403D in the Cities of Milwaukee and Wauwatosa. Local connections will be reconstructed, and flows directed to the 96" MIS in N. Glenview Ave. The project is include in the county 2024 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
