The WORK includes the loading and removal of water treatment solids residuals from the Little Cottonwood Water Treatment Plant in a manner consistent with the Contract Documents. Refuse disposal and treatment including hazard waste disposal and non-hazardous waste disposal and refuse treatment, also garbage refuse recycling cans and containers .Water and waste water treatment supply and disposal equipment. SITE OF WORK: Little Cottonwood Water Treatment Plant: 3430 East Danish Road, Cottonwood Heights, Utah 84093. COMPLETION OF WORK: All WORK shall be completed by September 27, 2024. Time is of the essence. Bond Notes: Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy as a guarantee that the Bidder, if his Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract and provide evidence of insurance. Please use the bid bond form provided in Contract Documents (Section 00320 Bid Bond).
