ADA Accessible Showers and Bathroom Upgrades at the Maushope Building. This Project Is Being Electronically Bid. Hard Copy Bids Will Not Be Accepted. Estimated Cost $94,500 - including Alternates. The Project consists of but not limited to: The renovation of 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen located in a Housing Authority dwelling unit. The bathroom renovations are to include ADA compliant accessible walk-in/roll-in shower stalls and updated bathroom fixtures. The kitchen renovations are to include an existing wall removal and new cabinets, counters and fixtures and related work. The kitchen work will be bid as Alternate #1 & Alternate #2. Question Deadline 06/05/2024 at 10:00 AM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 06/05/2024 at 10:00AM EDT for general bids.
