Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Gimli, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

The airport runway and airport taxiway apron area of the Gimli Industrial Park Airport. Approximately 743 square meters of airport surfaces require asphalt re-surfacing repairs due to surface breaks and frost heaves. Repairs required to approximately 300 areas totaling 743 square meters of total surface repairs. Asphalt resurfacing includes excavation of all loose broken concrete/asphalt debris from the work areas after the milling or grinding process. Application of tack bonding agent to all areas and resurface with fine hot mix asphalt. Smooth topcoat to level with surrounding grade of the runway surface. The Owner may request that the successful bidder provide and maintain with the Owner a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in a form satisfactory to the Owner.
