2024 Birch Lake Dam #7 Repairs - Phase I The proposed work consists of replacement of the Two toe drain outlet pipes adjacent to the outlet structure on the downstream side, and restoration of approximately 500' of wave berm on the lake side of the dam; including erosion control, and any incidental items necessary to complete the work. Contract will be awarded upon approval by the Iowa County Land Conservation Committee. Bids shall be prepared according to the bidder's documents prepared by Jewell Associates Engineers, Inc. The Iowa County Land Conservation Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities in any bid and to accept any bid which the Iowa County Land Conservation Committee may determine to be in its best interest.
