Wireless Physical Structure Installation, BID Invitation No. YCWPSI24-25 Each bid must be submitted in accordance with the Project's Proposal Document(s) and on the forms provided therein including, the non-collusion affidavit and a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total amount of the bid. The proposed work is located across Yuma County in design specific locations. The work consists of, but is not limited to: Acquisition of Material, construction of site locations, collaboration with Yuma County and designated partners, and miscellaneous work. The project timeline after award will start no later than Monday, July 1, 2024 and all work shall be complete and in place by Tuesday, December 31, 2024. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and plainly marked: Wireless Physical Structure Installation, BID Invitation No. YCWPSI24-25 and include the Bid Cover Sheet found in the Request for BID document. The Yuma County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in a bid, as it may deem in the best interest of the County.
