Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a library; for outdoor lighting for a library; and for paving for a library.
This project includes constructing a childrens outdoor resource area. This project includes and is not limited to site clearing, excavation and haul, grading, reconfiguring the site irrigation, outdoor area with a small amphitheater and open space covered in artificial turf, concrete sidewalks and patio, site lighting, decorative fencing, grass sod including establishment and existing tree protection. If unable to reach Public Purchase, contact the City Purchasing Division at 509-942-7710. The City of Richland, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
