Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; and transportation facility.

2023 FRAP Crossing Reconstructions Project any Bids received after the time stated above by the Port will not be considered. Information for Bidders: This Contract provides for the improvement of the Port of Benton's railroad main track near and through Airport Way and Saint Street at-grade railroad crossings located at MP 26.0 and MP 26.9 and includes; traffic control, replacement of sub-ballast, ballast, track, crossing surface, and adjacent roadway paving, as well as tie replacement, ballasting, track surfacing in the track adjacent to the crossings, and active signal or warning device upgrades at these two locations. In addition, the project includes improvements to Kingsgate Way at-grade crossing active warning devises on the City of Richland's Horn Rapids Industrial Lead Track. The project shall be completed within 54 working days based on award of alternate. Engineer's Estimate is $1,100,000 including alternate. This project is a Port of Benton and WSDOT funded project and as such Washington State prevailing wage Law applies. Port of Benton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
