This Request for Quotations is an invitation by the Town of Collingwood to prospective bidders to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of the Supply & Delivery of Fire Hydrants The Town of Collingwood Public Works and Engineering Department - Environmental Services Water Division repairs and replaces fire hydrants. To improve efficiency, these products are inventoried at the Environmental Services Water Division building located at 43 Stewart Road. This project involves the Supply and Delivery of Fire Hydrants as identified in Appendix D, Part A 'The Deliverables.' All Fire Hydrants must meet the required AWWA C502, OPSS.MUNI.441, NSF/ANSI 61/372 Timeframe for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract The term of the contract is to be for a period of One (1) Year, with an option in favour of the Town to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to Four (4) additional One (1) Year optional terms. The Town is not responsible for any loss or damage including but not limited to time, money, or goodwill arising from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any third party bid documents and/or information.
