Fiber Coat Contract Furnish and Place approx. 25,879 SY of bituminous fiter reinforced seal coat Paving Contract: Mill approx. 10,.150 SY, furnish and place approx. 916 ton of 9.5mm Asphalt Wearing Course., and approx 20 ton of 25mm Asphalt Base Course Mifflin X Rd Begin at SR 339 - Bituminous Fiber Reinforced Seal Coat Hofnagle School Road Mifflin X Road to Hetlerville Road This work is application of bituminous fiber-reinforced material immediately followed by application of coarse aggregate. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders for each contract Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as welt as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the hid to each contract. All work and material! must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and ils Supplements. Proposals must te upon the forms furnished by the Municipality The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wages are applies fete to the Paving Contract
