Seeking qualified vendors to provide pavement distress inspection services for our infrastructure assets. Tooele County is seeking qualified vendors to provide pavement distress inspection services for our infrastructure assets. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite interested and experienced firms to submit proposals for the inspection, assessment, data entry into ESRI data base and reporting of pavement distress on designated roadways with PCI. The project involves conducting a comprehensive pavement distress inspection across specified locations within our jurisdiction. The County has 360 centerline miles of pavement within the county. The selected vendor will be responsible for identifying and documenting various distresses, such as cracks, potholes, rutting, and other surface irregularities consistent with the FHWA Distress Manual on all paved roads owned by the county.
