Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Whiting, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

The project consists of the roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalk reconstruction along with new storm sewer inlets and piping, signing, and pavement markings in the City of Whiting, IN. A certified or cashier's check payable to the City of Whiting or a bid bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid amount must accompany each bid. All checks from unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them by the City upon selection of the successful bidder. The successful Bidder will be required to provide both a Performance and Payment Bond each portion in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the Contract amount. All questions are due by end of business on July 18, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding, should the City deem it to be in the public interest to do so.
