Jacobus Borough - 2024 Circle Drive Drainage Improvements Remediate an existing subsurface stone bed, install two inlet boxes with tops, vertical concrete curb, yard restoration, and bituminous paving will be received by the Jacobus Borough Council, York County, Pennsylvania Direct inquiries concerning Bidding Documents and technical questions to Grant Anderson at (717) 757-9414 or ganderson@sitedc.com. NOTE: The Jacobus Borough Council hereby authorizes Site Design Concepts, Inc. to act on its behalf by opening bids. Bids will be accepted, and contracts awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Jacobus Borough based on the recommendations of the Engineer. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Jacobus Borough in the amount of ten percent ( 10% ) of the maximum bid must be deposited by each bidder with his bid. The Jacobus Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
