The Contracting Agency is the Swinomish Tribal Community (SITC) and its officers and employees, particularly the Planning and Community Development Department and the Construction Division who are responsible for the administration of the contract. The Construction Division is seeking competitive bids for the Preschool Playground Remodel as described in the Scope of work section below Any questions for the project can be directed to the following person identified above or to Wil James at wiljames@swinomish.nsn.us and must be received no later than 4:00PM on 5/29/2024 Each contractor submitting a bid pursuant to this proposal shall be required to commit to and provide to SITC, at the time of the award and execution of the contract, a certificate or certificates of insurance, documenting coverages and in amounts as required by SITC that is attached to this RFP. Performance and payment bonding will be required for this project. As well as, a 5% bid bond will be required
