Marlborough City Hall Roof and Skylight Replacement Project. General Bidders must be DCAMM certified by DCAMM in Roofing. Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM certified in Metal Windows. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. SCOPE OF WORK A. The scope of work consists of the installation of all materials to be furnished under the sections referenced in item 1.2.D above and without limiting the generality thereof, consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, plant, transportation, appurtenances, and services necessary and/or incidental to properly complete all work as shown on the referenced drawings, as described in the Specifications, or as reasonably inferred from either, in the opinion of the Architect.
