Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The roadway reconstruction project consists of: drainage improvements, vertical granite curbing installation, cement concrete sidewalk reconstruction, installation of wheelchair ramps and a rectangular rapid flashing beacon, driveway blending, roadway reclamation and paving, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. Contractor Qualification Highway Division The work will be substantially completed no later ninty (90) calendar days following receipt by the Contractor of a written Notice to Proceed issued by the City The participation goals for this project shall be for minorities and for women is 5% Questions concerning the bid specifications must be submitting in writing via email to Attn: Mark Dascoli at mdascoli@marlborough-ma.gov no later than 5 business days prior to the scheduled bid opening Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
