Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Estimated Cost $4,619,960.00 The project begins at the head of the Assabet River Rail Trail (ARRT) at the intersection of Highland Street and Cashman Street and extends to East Main Street, a total distance of approximately 3,450 feet. Proposed improvements include water main replacement, drainage improvements, roadway reconstruction, traffic signal upgrades, pedestrian improvements, with cement concrete sidewalks, vertical granite curbing and ADA-compliant ramps, including all labor, material and equipment necessary to complete the Work. .
