PROJECT # 25-R-27 Storm water Outfall 6 Pipe Replacement at the Waukegan WRF. The Work Generally Consists of Removing and Replacement of Approximately 240 Lf Existing 8 Inch Vcp Storm Sewer With 240 Lf of New 10 Inch Hdpe Storm Sewer. Contractor to Provide All Materials, Equipment, and Labor to Complete the Work. All Contractors and Subcontractors Rendering Services Under This Contract Must Comply With All Requirements of the Act, Including but Not Limited to, All Wage, Notice and Record Keeping Duties. Bid Security: Bid Security in the Amount of Not Less Than 5% of the Bid Shall Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. Contract Security: the Bidder to Whom a Contract is Awarded Shall Furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond Each in an Amount Equal to the Contract Price.
