Cogbill Park Phase I. Any changes or supplemental instructions to this Invitation for Bid shall be in the form of written addenda. Addenda will be uploaded to the shared link, and the County's representative responsible for distribution of bid documents will endeavor to send a notice of addenda by e-mail, mail, or fax to the prospective bidders at respective numbers/addresses furnished for such purposes. Each bidder is solely responsible for obtaining all addenda on-line or by calling 804-592-3900. Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of all addenda in the space provided on the Bid Form or by returning a copy of each signed addendum. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the bid. All addenda issued shall become part of the IFB and any resulting contract documents. Scope of Work: This project is for the construction of phase one of a new park on Cogbill Road that will include a turn lane off of Cogbill Road, an entrance road, parking lot, picnic shelter, two pickle ball courts, a tennis court, basketball court, meadow area, lawn with irrigation, playground area, trails, and other miscellaneous items. The site lighting will be Musco. The irrigation equipment utilized will be Toro. The bid includes construction of the restroom buildings as an alternate bid item. The location of electrical service equipment will depend on acceptance of the restroom building alternate bid item.
