As of July 31, 2024 , project was awarded to Keesen Enterprises, Inc. but awarded amount is not available. The Project generally includes the following Work: Southlands 2024 Median Landscaping Improvements Southlands Metropolitan District is generally located northwest of the intersection of South Aurora Parkway and Smoky Hill Road. Any questions concerning this bid shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 7, 2024, and must be directed in writing to: Lesanne Dominguez at ldominguez@architerragroup.com. Bidders are hereby advised the Owner reserves the right to not award a Contract until sixty (60) days from the date of the opening of Bids, and Bidders expressly agree to keep their Bids open for the sixty (60) day time period. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, nonresponsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in the opinion of the Owner, in its best interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so.
