Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Forest, Illinois. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of October 23, 2025, phase 1 has design approval, however, it is currently on hold. A timeline for construction has not been announced. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain the best qualified, responsible firm to perform professional engineering services for the City of Lake Forest's Westleigh Road Resurfacing (41-Western) project. Professional engineering services is for Phase I Design Engineering Services which include, but are not limited to, project design, evaluation of existing sidewalk for ADA compliance, preliminary plan/exhibit preparation, and a PESA Environmental Study. A topographic survey shall also be included in the services as an allowance. Project will also require reviews and approvals by IDOT.
