Renovation of a transportation facility in McHenry, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Pace McHenry Division Exterior Steel Siding. Contractor shall furnish all materials, permits, labor, tools, support equipment and any other associated components not specifically listed in this specification, but needed for a proper installation, or to meet the intent of this specification. Contractor shall provide new exterior metal siding on the South wall and refasten the existing exterior steel siding that has detached from the building using new fasteners. Contractor shall provide siding, insulation, gravel stop and sill flashing at Pace McHenry Division Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Pace via email to questionsandanswers@pacebus.com Written questions about this IFB shall be submitted to QuestionsAndAnswers@pacebus.com and will be accepted until 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday June 24, 2025.
