Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Juneau, Alaska. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The Johnson River crossing at milepost 1380.5 of the Alaska Highway. See Attachment A. The department has authorized issuance of an entry authorization (EA) for a public access easement in support of replacing the Johnson River Bridge at milepost 1380.5 of the Alaska Highway on state-owned, DMLW-managed land. The purpose of the proposed easement is to accommodate the new roadway alignment. The EA will include three temporary use areas for construction access, staging area, and work area. The public access easement consists of a parcel that totals approximately 7.168 acres in size and the three temporary use locations that total approximately 37.691 acres in size. DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to comment should contact Alaska Relay at 711 or 800-770-8973 for TTY services.
