The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) and Juneau International Airport (JNU) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide land acquisition support services and coordination for a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) funded acquisition of one parcel. The parcel is identified for acquisition on the Airport Layout Plan and identified as Tax ID 5B150-108-0020 in the CBJ tax data base. Greg Smith, Contract Administrator, phone (907) 586- 0800 ext. 4196, greg.smith@juneau.gov, is the sole point of contact for all issues pertaining to this procurement. The deadline for submitting questions is July 10, 2024. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
