Saving Project...

Renovation of a detention facility in Carson City, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) is requesting professional architectural and engineering services for shower renovations at the Carson City Correctional Facility. The renovations will include work with existing wall, floor, and ceiling finishes, plus new stainless steel shower stall inserts. The work will include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The professional services contractor (PSC) shall provide architectural and engineering services for both design and construction administration. This request is for services in Phase 500 Final Design, Phase 600 Construction administration/Office, and Phase 700 Construction Administration/ Field Inspection Services. The professional services shall be done in accordance with the Single State Construction Code Act (1972 PA 230), the Michigan Fire Prevention Code (1941 PA 207), and the Occupational Code (1980 PA 299).
