Site work for a civil project in York Landing, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work of this Contract comprises general construction of approximately 555 m of gravity wastewater sewer, wastewater and water services to the new ATB building, approximately 925 m of forcemain, and a lift station including the site works, installation of process mechanical, electrical, controls and associated works. Commercial General Insurance Liability Insurance, in the Amount of at Least Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000.00) Inclusive, With the Owner Added as an Additional Insured, With a Cross-liability Clause, Such Liability Policy to Also Contain Contractual Liability, Unlicensed Motor Vehicle Liability, Non-owned Automobile Liability, Broad Form Property Damage Cover and Products and Completed Operations Every Bid Shall Be Accompanied With a Security Deposit Consisting of a Bid Bond in the Amount of Not Less Than 10% of the Total Bid Price. The Accepted Bidder Shall Promptly Provide and Pay for a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Bond Both in the Amount of 50% of the Contract Price Covering the Performance of the Contract Including the Requirements of Gc 12.3 Warranty Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/06/07 02:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
