General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required If the Contract is be awarded it shall be awarded to the lowest, qualified responsible Bidder, however, GTB reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional Bids. Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid amount and made payable to the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. A performance and payment bond shall be required in the penal sum of not less than 100% of the contract price.
