No definite date for the rebid.** Reference Number 0000354380 The Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians (GTB, Grand Traverse Band) is requesting bid proposals from an individual and/or firm for the installation of a concrete pad to hold a large storage shed and walkways to current storage sheds. General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required If the Contract is be awarded it shall be awarded to the lowest, qualified responsible Bidder, however, GTB reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive or conditional Bids. Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid amount and made payable to the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians. A performance and payment bond shall be required in the penal sum of not less than 100% of the contract price.
