Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Stanton, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project is referred to as "Stanton County FEMA Bank Stabilizations - Sites 18 and 22" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to shape 0.2 miles of the Elkhorn Creek stream bank, 3,852 tons of rock riprap, riprap filter fabric, and related incidental work. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Stanton County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to include an estimated delivery date with its Bid Proposal. The desired completion date is November 1, 2024. The successful bidder (i.e. Contractor) will be allowed thirty (30) calendar days for completion of each site after beginning work at the site, provided they do not exceed their specified completion date. Additional days due to weather may be granted at the discretion of the Engineer. No project can be started without the intent to complete that site without delay from the other site, therefore, the Contractor will not be allowed to start construction at a site unless they have committed a crew to complete the work at that site. The Stanton County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received.
