**As of January 7, 2025 project has not been awarded, Anticipated award date is on January 28, 2025.** General Work Description: The project is to replace the existing emergency generator at Ruggieri Senior Center located at 33997 Alvarado-Niles Road, in the City of Union City, California. The work generally includes the removal of existing fence, generator and footing, concrete path, main switchboard, automatic transfer switch, and associated conduit and feeder; abandon and cap existing gas service connections; construction of concrete masonry unit wall, generator footing and concrete path; installation of generator set, manual transfer switch, automatic transfer switch, docking station, distribution panel, electrical meter main with breaker, splice boxes, pull boxes and associated conductors and conduits; testing, inspection and documentation as required; coordinate with new service upgrade and construction with PG&E; provide temporary power and/or un-interruptible power supply to avoid any potential of power interruption; clean and maintain jobsite and demobilize.
