Maximum Project Budget: $85,000,000 this is the amount that the Design Build entity will have to control costs to meet specified District goals and objectives. Colorado Springs School District 11 intends to select a Design/Build Entity who shall conduct community engagement efforts to incorporate into the project, design the project and construct the renovations of the existing William J.
