Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bloomer, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

An onsite construction meeting to answer any questions or concerns will be held on Thursday, June 13th, at 8:00 AM. Project area has been staked at north park. You may contact Chad Gudis, Street Department Manager, at 715-568-2811 with questions you may have regarding the project. Excavating will include 4" water lateral, watermain service connection, storm sewer structures, 6" and 12" storm sewer, DNR dichlorination filtration rip rap discharge, and earthwork. Please see the bid sheet and plans for base prep. Concrete will include 3,200 sq. feet of 6" reinforced concrete "wet zone", concrete "dry zone and bench seating". Please see the bid sheet, plans for shape, and spec sheet for haunch design. Electrical will include service connection and wiring from controls to activators. Power will be buried to the building by Bloomer Electric Department. Electricians will connect panels to supplied power lines. Please see plans for questions. Plumbing will include service connection to a 3" meter, manifold, 3" pressure regulator and both a 1 and 1 1/2 inch service line for features. Please see plans for questions. 8'x8'x8' building is to be constructed of 2x4 walls 16" on center with a 36" door facing the splash pad. Please see the design for questions. Proof of insurance is required. Project is projected to be completed by September 1, 2024. The City of Bloomer Common Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in the bids received and to accept the bid most favorable bid to the City of Bloomer.
