Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oakland Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for paving for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the construction of a 42 foot 8 inch by 76 foot 8 inch and two 8 foot by 8 foot covered entryways, masonry building including excavation, concrete footing and floor slabs, masonry exterior walls, wood framing, insulation, wood trusses, asphalt shingle roof, gypsum wall board, wood and metal door windows, overhead garage doors, construction of one ADA compliant bathroom, painting, flooring, electric work including power wiring and lighting, plumbing and construction of a heating system. Questions Due Date: Jul 1st 2024, 4:00 PM EDT A certified check or bank draft payable to Oakland Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety in an amount equal to 10% of the total Bid. Shall be submitted with each bid. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the Bidding. Bids may be held by the Supervisors for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
