Site work and paving for a road / highway in Reed City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project includes the construction of approximately 3,200 ft of 8 ft wide shared use path including aggregate base, HMA surface, nonreinforced modular block wall, surface restoration, tree planting, and all related work. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Osceola County Road Commission reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Osceola County Road Commission. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
