construction services for full removal of existing roof system down to the roof deck and installation of asphalt composite shingle roofing at the Splash! aquatics center. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 90 days after Closing of the Invitation to Bid. Bids should include all submittal requirements as outlined in the "Instructions for Procurement" section of the Invitation to Bid. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided. Willamalane reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers. PROJECT SCOPE The Work consists of full removal of existing roof system down to the roof deck and installation of asphalt composite shingle roofing including; underlayment membrane, integration of sheet metal flashings, salvaging and reinstallation of existing skylights to newly framed curbs, application of protective stain to exposed mass timber members, and stripping and painting of existing HVAC shrouds with a high-performance paint coating.
