Grading and Shaping, Placement of Riprap, Seeding for Upland and Shoreline Mixes; and All Other Work Required to Complete the Project According to the Plans and Specifications. The Town of Normal Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Received. If a Bidder finds a discrepancy or omission in the Bid Documents, or is in doubt as to the meaning of any requirement or term, the Bidder must notify the Town at least five business days prior to the Bid Deadline.
