Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
General Project Description: This project consists of construction of an 8" sanitary sewer on College Avenue from Garden Road to Cottage Avenue. This project includes Pavement Removal, 8" Sanitary Sewer, PCC pavement, PCC sidewalk, combination concrete curb & gutter removal and replacement, traffic control and other necessary work required to complete this project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and the decision of the Council will be final. All work shall be completed on or before 10/01/2024
