This is a prevailing-wage project. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and the decision of the Council will be final. Each bid must be submitted a security deposit with its bid. The amount of the security deposit must be no less than 5% of the bid amount.
