Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
General Project Description: The project consists of approximately 1780 FT of Pipe Drain, 6", 467 FT of Trench Backfill, 200 SF of Sidewalk Removal, 148 SY of Driveway Removal, 54 FT of Combination Concrete Curb & Gutter Removal & Replacement, 148 SY of PCC Driveway Pavement, 6", 190 SF of PCC Sidewalk, 4", and all other necessary items and incidentals required to complete this project according to the plans and specifications. This is a prevailing-wage project. If a Bidder finds a discrepancy or omission in the Bid Documents or Is in doubt as to the meaning of any requirement or term, the Bidder must notify the Town at least five business days prior to the Bid Deadline. The failure of the Bidder to request clarification prior to submitting the bid waives the Bidder's right to claim any ambiguity or discrepancy in the documents. (bj All inquiries will be addressed either through a pre-bid conference or through an addendum. Town officiais or employees are prohibited from discussing this bid except at the pre-bid conference.
