Site work for a mixed-use development in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This BID invites responses from a professional contractor to assist the Town of Normal Parks & Recreation Department with the resurfacing of (3) circular basketball courts located at Carden Park, Fell Park, and Savannah Park. General Project Description: The resurfacing project will enhance the durability of the courts, protecting them against the weather elements, and will ensure better traction and improve ball bounce during game play. This is a prevailing-wage project. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and the decision of the Council will be final.
