Contract A Chiddix Junior High School Secure Reception Room, A/E Project No. 26782324 Kingsley Junior High School Secure Reception Room, A/E Project No. 26802324 Parkside Junior High School Secure Reception Room, A/E Project No. 26812324 Fox Creek Elementary IMC Breakout Room, A/E Project No. 26872324 Fairview Elementary Office Efficiency Renovation, A/E Project No. 26892324 Contract B Towanda Elementary Portable Classrooms, A/E Project No. 26772324 Parkside Elementary Portable Classrooms, A/E Project No. 26652324 Contract C Cedar Ridge Elementary Portable Classrooms, A/E Project No. 26792324 Submit separate bids for Contract A, B, & C all or one. Bid Security is required, 5% Bid Bond or Certified Check in amount of bid for Contract A, B, or C payable to McLean County Unit District No. 5. Owner protective bonds will be required in the amount of 100% of the Contract value after Board acceptance. The Board of Education has the right to reject or accept any or all parts of all bids submitted and to waive any irregularities in the bidding and to accept the bid considered in the best interest of the School District.
