Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Big Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Items of work include approximately 6,500 feet of directionally drilled 14 HDPE water main, 1,700 of open cut water main, 8 Bore & Jack operations of various sizes, water services and hydrants as well as pavement and sidewalk repairs. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Big Rapids. Question Deadline 11/14/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
