Site work and new construction of a civil project in Big Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 09/02/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project as a whole includes construction of a new building to house a packaged booster pumping station, hydropneumatic tanks and associated piping and electrical gear. Site work includes earthwork, site grading, new watermain, and demolition of existing site piping and existing booster station, and all related work. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City.
