Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Big Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the construction of a skate park including concrete slab, walls, stairs and bank sections, site grading, a recycle receptacle, a trash receptacle, rain garden with native plantings, drinking fountain, an augured water service and all related work. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Big Rapids.
