Holding Tanks and Catch Basins at Chemical Storage Facilities at the Big Rapids, Morley, and Remus Garages for one (1) calendar year period with an option to renew a one year contract the following two years. Floor Drain Containment Tanks and Sumps at the Big Rapids Garage Facility for one (1) calendar year period with an option to renew a one year contract the following two years. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals, or any part thereof, and to make award in manner deemed to be in the best interest of Mecosta County.
