This project consists of: Excavation & Site work, street improvements & HMA overlay, sidewalk & ramp improvements, storm water conveyance additions and/or replacements and water main replacements from AC to Ductile Iron, for the City of Pacifics Seattle and Cedar streets including limited work at the adjacent streets. The City anticipates awarding this project to the successful lowest responsive bidder and intends to give Notice to Proceed as soon as the Contract and all required documents are executed in full. 06-28-2024 = Pre-Construction Meeting Regardless of the date of award or Notice to Proceed, the Contractor must complete all work by: December 31, 2024, 01-30-2025 = Final Completion. Time to complete the project is one-hundred ninety (190) calendar days from NTP. This project is subject to Liquidated Damages; per calendar day late beyond the substantial completion date.
