Site work for a water / sewer project in Garfield, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Garfield is seeking requests for qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services to assist in the preparation of preliminary plans, cost estimates, and project implementation for a new potable water storage tank. The maximum amount of funds available for an engineering contract will be based on funding source administration guidelines. All individuals or firms shall be qualified to do business in and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Arkansas. The engineering firm will be selected based on specialized experience and technical competence, performance, capacity and capability of firm to perform work, and familiarity with the project area. Questions concerning the RFQ instructions should be addressed to Chelsey Weaver, NWAEDD, Inc., at cweaver@nwaedd.org Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject all responses. Any respondent must be registered in SAM.gov before a contract for services can be executed.
