Janitorial service for MDOT SHA Centrevile. SCOPE OF CONTRACTOR SERVICES 1. Thoroughly clean tiled floor areas using mops, brooms, dust mops. 2. Vacuuming all carpeted areas, including offices, conference rooms, and lobby. 3. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms (to include toilets and urinals), including filling toilet paper holder and paper towel dispenser. 4. Emptying all office, kitchen, and breakroom trash receptacles and sweeping walkways. 5. Washing or use sanitizing cleaner on frequently touched surfaces (including showers during winter, if used during snow duty). 6. Wet mopping bathrooms. 7. All trash to be disposed of in on-site dumpsters located at the facility. There is no Pre-Bid Conference scheduled for this solicitation. Small Business Reserve Designation Yes Invitation to bid on 3-year Janitorial Services to be performed twice a week for MDOT SHA Centreville shop located at 111 Safety Dr. Centreville, MD 21617. Including sweeping/mopping floors, maintaining cleanliness in bathrooms. 2 employee minimum. Cleaning can be between 7AM and 1PM. See scope of contract services for more detail. Estimated contract range will be in effect September 1, 2024 - August 31, 2027. Payment terms are net 30 days after invoicing. Payment cannot be made until services are rendered. For invoices below $5,000, SHA prefers to pay by card, if the vendor accepts card without charging SHA processing fees. For invoices above $5,000 and for vendors that do not accept card, default payment method is check by mail. Direct deposit (ACH) can be setup with the comptroller's office.
